Our small yet inspired menu lets our beer list shine but never leaves you hungry. And for the designated drivers, little devils, and those who just don’t want a buzz, we offer a variety of non-alcoholic fermented beverages like kombucha and lemonade.

With two levels of dining, each with its own bar, we had plenty of space to fill. All of the art you’ll see throughout the Alehouse was purchased from Coos Bay artists, the dishware from potters at Alehouse pottery, and the furniture from local craftspeople. Perfectly complementary to the 7 Devils’ beer list, our Alehouse food menu features a heavy-handed provision of seafood caught right here by local fishermen, hauled into Charleston on local vessels.

Established in 2010, Redfish offers coastal cuisine and drink in a modern, casual and original atmosphere with one of the most spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean on the southern Oregon coast. Our menu showcases the natural bounty of the area sourced from local farmers and fishermen, artfully presented, using the freshest ingredients. Chef Paul regularly introduces exciting specials, while adding to our existing menu, to take advantage of seasonal changes in produce and seafood. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes are a part of Chef's daily plan.

Valley Flora is a mother-and-two-daughter collective nestled on the banks of Floras Creek near Langlois, Oregon. Together with the help of our draft horses, a handful of fantastic employees, one little tractor and 12 kilowatts of solar power, we grow hundreds of varieties of vegetables, berries and fruit to feed our local coastal community year-round. Our farm was founded in 1998 with a deep commitment to ecological and organic farming practices. Our passion is growing good food to strengthen our community-based food system on the southern Oregon coast, and making healthy produce as accessible as possible. Our love of the Floras Creek valley – the fertile loam and the river that runs through it - inspires us to farm with the next generation in mind, and the next. We rely on crop diversity, compost, cover crops, and crop rotation to keep our farm healthy and thriving both above and below ground.
